SYSTEM PRICING

Level One offers Parrascope to states with a simplified pricing structure comprised of:

  • An Annual Licensing Fee
  • A Custom Programming Contract (Optional)

The price of the licensing fee will vary from state to state, and is determined by a state's anticipated volume along with its specific requirements for support, training, and security.

The price of the optional development contract may be a flat fee or an ongoing hourly rate, depending on the needs of the state.

Vendors and sub-recipients use Parrascope at no additional cost to them or their member states.

pscope CUSTOMIZATION

Level One will continue to develop and improve the Parrascope application, both to increase its value to members and to maintain ARRA reporting compliance.

States requiring customizations that go beyond that level of programming may purchase a development contract. The price, availability, and scheduling of the customizations will be determined on a project by project basis.

Most states are likely to make any necessary customizations during their first year of reporting and require no alterations thereafter.

Customizations can be ordered at any time throughout the life of a membership.

MEMBERSHIP

States that purchase an annual license for Parrascope will receive a state membership account that includes:

  • Unlimited Use of the Application
  • Unlimited Database Capacity
  • Unlimited Reporting
  • Application Updates*
  • Training and Support
  • Searchable Public Site (Optional)

Additional requirements can be accomodated through a customized license agreement.
* Updates provided at Level One's discretion, does not include custom programming

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Parrascope training sessions will be made available to state users, vendors, and sub-recipients as needed. These sessions can be conducted individually or in groups, the terms of which will be determined by each license agreement.

Training videos, system manuals, and additional training resources will be available on the Parrascope site.

A live help center will be available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (CST) for members with specific questions.

Email support will be available after hours and on weekends, along with an on call contact available to each member state.
